§ 21-12-102. PURPOSE AND AUTHORITY.

(a)

In general. The county has determined that it would promote the public health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of this county if the use of minibikes on private property be regulated, registration required, and forfeiture be authorized for violations on three separate occasions.

(b)

Use on highways not authorized. This title may not be construed to authorize the use or operation of minibikes on any highway of this state.
