§ 21-10-102. APPLICATION.

(a)

In general. An applicant for a license shall:

(1)

Submit an application to the Director on the form provided by the Director on which the applicant shall provide information for review by the Building Engineer, Fire Department, and Health Department; and

(2)

Pay to the Director the fee established by the County Administrative Officer.

(b)

License required for each location. A license is required for each location.

(c)

License fee. The County Administrative Officer shall establish the license fee required under this section.
