§ 20-5-129. CRIMINAL PENALTIES.

  • (a)

    Any person who willfully violates any provision of this title or any rule, regulation, order, or permit condition promulgated pursuant to this title shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment for not more than ninety (90) days or by both.

    (b)

    Whoever knowingly makes any false statement, representation, or certification in any application, record, report, plan, or other document filed or required to be maintained pursuant to this title shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment for not more than ninety (90) days or by both.
