§ 20-2-110. INTERFERENCE WITH DUTIES OF AGENT OF THE COUNTY.

  • Any person interfering with the county or its agents or servants in the performance of any of the duties of this title required of them shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a penalty of one hundred dollars ($100.00), to be collected as other penalties due the county are collected.
