§ 20-2-106. INSPECTION OF WORK.

Before the work provided for in this title shall be covered up or put in operation, the work must be approved by the Chief Engineer of the metropolitan district or his representative. Any violation of the provisions of this section shall be considered a misdemeanor with a fine up to one hundred dollars ($100.00), to be collected as other fines are collected.
