§ 20-2-104. NOTICE TO CONNECT TOILETS AND DRAINS—SERVICE.

This notice to connect toilets and drains provided for in § 20-2-101 of this title shall be left with the owner or occupier or agent of the property mentioned in such notice, and if there be no owner or occupier or agent of the owner of such property upon which such notice can be served, notice shall be deemed in all respects sufficient if exposed in some open way upon the property to which it refers.
