§ 20-1-105. CHIEF SANITARY ENGINEER AND OTHER PERSONNEL.

The Director of Public Works shall be responsible for carrying out the provisions of this article. The Director shall be the Chief Sanitary Engineer for the county and the Chief Engineer for the metropolitan district.
