§ 19-1-207. FINGERPRINTING.

(a)

Availability of fingerprinting section. The Department's fingerprint section is available to those persons desiring to have their fingerprints taken.

(b)

Fingerprint cards.

(1)

If the person desiring fingerprinting under this section is seeking employment with an agency that furnishes its own fingerprint cards, the person shall submit the cards for use in fingerprinting.

(2)

If, for any reason, the person does not have a set of fingerprint cards, the Department shall furnish the fingerprint cards.

(c)

Fee. The County Administrative Officer shall establish a reasonable fee for the services rendered under this section.
