§ 18-3-201. DEFINITIONS.

(a)

In general. In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b)

Freeway. "Freeway" means a county highway that is designated as a freeway by the County Council.

(c)

Land. "Land" means real property under one ownership that is served by a freeway.
