§ 18-3-112. LOITERING ON BRIDGES.

(a)

Prohibited. A person may not:

(1)

Idle, stand, remain, tarry, collect, or gather on any bridge; or

(2)

Throw any object from a bridge.

(b)

Penalty. A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $50 or imprisonment not exceeding 60 days or both.
