§ 18-3-110. REMOVAL OF CERTAIN MATERIALS.

If a person entering a paved, hard-surface road, street, sidewalk, lane, alley, or bridge from a public or private property causes any stone, dirt, mud, or other foreign substance to be cast or deposited on the paved hard-surface road, street, sidewalk, lane, alley, or bridge, the person shall remove the stone, dirt, mud, or other foreign substance from the paved hard-surface road, street, sidewalk, lane, alley, or bridge immediately.
