§ 18-2-413. PROHIBITED ACTS.

  • (a)

    Display of permit.

    (1)

    No person other than the permittee may display the residential parking permit.

    (2)

    The permittee may display the permit only on the vehicle that has been listed on the permit application.

    (3)

    Any other display shall constitute a violation of this subtitle by the permittee and by the person who displayed the parking permit.

    (b)

    False representation of eligibility. A person may not falsely represent himself or herself as eligible for a residential parking permit or furnish any false information in an application to the Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections in order to obtain a residential parking permit.

    (c)

    Revocation. The Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections may revoke the residential parking permit of any permittee found to be in violation of this subtitle.
