§ 18-2-407. SAME - RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT.

(a)

Application requirement. Except as provided in (b), only a motor vehicle owner or operator who resides in a residential permit parking area may apply for a residential parking permit for that area.

(b)

Issuance of permit. The owner of a vehicle that is used by an assisted living facility located in a residential permit parking area may apply for a permit for that area, if the vehicle is used to transport residents of the facility. Issuance of a permit under this subsection is within the discretion of the Director of Public Works.
