§ 18-2-406. RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMIT - IN GENERAL.

After the County Council has designated a residential permit parking area, the Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections shall issue appropriate residential parking permits, subject to the regulations adopted by the Director of Public Works under this subtitle.
