§ 18-2-303. CONVEYANCE OF PARKING METERS TO THE COUNTY REVENUE AUTHORITY.

(a)

Conveyance. The county conveys to the county Revenue Authority the right and authority to:

(1)

Install, inspect, service, supervise, replace, repair, and maintain all parking meters in the county; and

(2)

Make collections from parking meters consistent with this subtitle.

(b)

Collection of fees. Fees collected from parking meters shall be used for the purposes established in subsection (a) of this section and in the financing of off-street parking facilities in the county by and under the administration of the county Revenue Authority.
