§ 18-2-214. PARKING TRUCKS IN THE DUNDALK COMMERCIAL REVITALIZATION DISTRICT.
(a)
Parking prohibited. A person may not park a commercial vehicle having more than three quarters of a ton manufacturer's rating capacity on the following streets in the Dundalk Commercial Revitalization District: Shipping Place, Center Place, Commerce Street, Trading Place, N. Center Place, S. Center Place, and Dunmanway.
(b)
Civil penalty. A vehicle parked in violation of this section is punishable by a fine of $100.
(c)
Exception. This section does not apply to a commercial vehicle otherwise legally parked for a period essential to the immediate use of the vehicle if the vehicle is owned or contracted by a public service company as that term is defined in Section 1-101(x) of the Public Utilities Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
