§ 18-2-213. PARKING ALONG THE HORSES AND HOUNDS SCENIC BYWAY.

(a)

Parking prohibited. A person may not park a vehicle on the roadway, shoulder area, or any grassy area abutting the road along the Horses And Hounds Scenic Byway on Monkton Road between the areas of its intersection with Old Monkton Road and Sheppard Road.

(b)

Civil penalty. A vehicle parked in violation of this section is punishable by a fine of $130.
