§ 18-2-209. PARKING ON REVENUE AUTHORITY PARKING FACILITIES.

  • (a)

    Signs to be posted. Where parking is limited in a Revenue Authority parking facility or county parking facility, as applicable, the Traffic Engineer and the Revenue Authority shall post signs to indicate the limitations.

    (b)

    Parking. A person may not park a vehicle or allow a vehicle to be parked at any time in a Revenue Authority parking facility or county parking facility, as applicable, in violation of the limitations and restrictions imposed in any sign conspicuously posted on the facility.

    (c)

    Authority to adopt orders and directives. The Traffic Engineer may issue orders and directives relating to or in connection with the parking of vehicles on Revenue Authority parking facilities or county parking facilities, as applicable.
