§ 17-1-111. URINATING OR DEFECATING IN PUBLIC.
(a)
In general. A person may not urinate or defecate from or on a public street, public alley, public sidewalk, or, except within proper facilities designated as public rest rooms, a public building.
(b)
Penalty. A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $100 or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days or both.
