§ 17-1-108. SAME - DISORDERLY CONDUCT.

  • (a)

    Prohibition. A person may not enter the land or premises of another person, notwithstanding whether the person is the owner or lessee of the property or premises, and, while on the property or premises, willfully act in a disorderly manner, including:

    (1)

    Making loud and unseemly noises; or

    (2)

    Cursing, swearing, or using obscene language.

    (b)

    Penalty. A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment not exceeding 3 months or both.
