§ 17-1-107. PROPERTY OF ANOTHER - OFFENSES AGAINST.

  • (a)

    Prohibition. Without the property owner's permission, a person may not:

    (1)

    Dig up or take away sand, gravel, earth, sod, or soil from the property;

    (2)

    Cut down, remove or destroy timber, bushes, or other shrubbery from the property;

    (3)

    Injure the property in any manner; or

    (4)

    Dump or deposit refuse, sand, gravel, or any other substance on the property.

    (b)

    Penalty. A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
