§ 14-4-105. ADMINISTRATION.

  • (a)

    Association to administer. The association shall administer the program in accordance with the procedures and standards established by:

    (1)

    The County Administrative Officer;

    (2)

    The Director of Budget and Finance; and

    (3)

    The constitution and bylaws of the association.

    (b)

    Support personnel. The County Executive shall make available to the association support personnel that may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this title.

    (c)

    Audits.

    (1)

    In addition to any other audits required by law, the County Auditor may audit the records of:

    (i)

    A participating member;

    (ii)

    A member company; or

    (iii)

    The association.

    (2)

    All records and files relating to the receipt and expenditure of county funds or the disbursement or receipt of any benefit, by any person, shall at all times be open to the inspection of the County Auditor.
