§ 14-2-102. REVISION OF THE FIRE PREVENTION CODE.

(a)

Time for revision. Within 9 months after the adoption of the latest State of Maryland Fire Prevention Code, the Fire Department shall submit revisions of the Fire Prevention Code of Baltimore County, Maryland to the County Executive for the County Executive's review and submittal to the County Council.

(b)

Code to appear under separate cover. The Fire Prevention Code of Baltimore County, authorized by Council Bill 3-17 , shall appear as a document under separate cover.

(c)

Maintenance of the Fire Code. The Fire Prevention Code shall be maintained as a reference in the main branch of the Baltimore County Public Library and the Office of the Fire Chief.
