§ 14-1-108. COUNTY FIRE ALARM SYSTEM.

(a)

Established. The county may provide a fire alarm telegraph or other device in the county as part of the Fire Department.

(b)

Penalty for interfering.

(1)

A person may not interfere with the county fire telegraph or other device by giving false alarms, or in any manner damaging the fire alarm telegraph or other device.

(2)

A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
