§ 13-7-404. HEARING.
(a)
Authority to request.
(1)
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a person served a correction notice under § 13-7-402 of this subtitle may request a code enforcement hearing.
(2)
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the code enforcement hearing request shall be made, in writing, to the Director of Environmental Protection and Sustainability or the Code Official within the 7-day time period and shall state, with particularity, any explanation for the nuisance or any defenses intended to be raised.
(b)
Hearing and appeal.
(1)
The code enforcement hearing shall be conducted in accordance with Article 3, Title 6 of the Code.
(2)
The person served under this subtitle may appeal the decision of the Hearing Officer to the Board of Appeals in accordance with Article 3, Title 6 of the Code.
