§ 13-7-313. INSECT CONTROL.

  • (a)

    Cockroaches, flees, and lice. The owner or occupant of a building may not allow the building to be infested with insects, including cockroaches, fleas, or lice, that are known to be capable of spreading disease to human beings.

    (b)

    Mosquitos and mosquito larvae. The owner of improved or vacant property may not allow either mosquitos or mosquito larvae to breed or infest on the exterior grounds or in any structure or materials present on the grounds.
