Required.
If it comes to the attention of the county that a road is in an unsanitary condition
and detrimental to the health of the neighborhood, the county shall investigate the
condition.
(b)
Abatement.
If the investigation finds that a road is in an unsanitary condition and detrimental
to the health of the neighborhood, the county shall cause the condition to be abated
as provided in this Part III of this subtitle.
