§ 13-7-111. DEFINITIONS.

(a)

In general. In this Part II of this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b)

Department. "Department" means the department of the county government that initiates the charge of allowing or maintaining a nuisance.

(c)

Director. "Director" means the head of the department that initiates the charge of allowing or maintaining a nuisance.
