§ 13-6-208. VIOLATION.
(a)
Penalty.
(1)
A person who violates this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000 for each violation.
(2)
Each day of a violation constitutes a separate offense.
(b)
Enforcement. The approving authority may enforce the provisions of this subtitle in accordance with Article 3, Title 6 of the Code.
(c)
The Health Officer may revoke a Baltimore County swimming pool and spa operator's certificate if the certificate holder fails to comply with this subtitle.
