§ 13-4-212. HOT OR BURNING MATERIAL.

(a)

Placement for removal prohibited. A person may not place on any street, lane, road, alley, highway, avenue, byway, or parking lot, including shopping center or drive-in parking lots of any kind used in the county, whether or not maintained by the county, any receptacles containing hot or burning material for removal and disposal by solid waste collectors.

(b)

Violation a misdemeanor. A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
