    Collect all solid waste accumulating on the premises and place the solid waste into suitable receptacles;

    (2)

    Place the solid waste in secure receptacles in compliance with the provisions of this subtitle or securely tie the solid waste in bundles that can be readily handled; and

    (d)

    County may rescind requirement. If county determines that the condition necessitating the notice and order under subsection (c) of this section no longer exists, the county may rescind the notice and order at any time.
