§ 13-1-104. CRIMINAL VIOLATIONS.

  • (a)

    Prohibited. A person may not:

    (1)

    Violate a regulation or policy adopted under the authority of the Code or § 539 of the Charter; or

    (2)

    Knowingly obstruct or resist an officer, agent, or employee of the Health Department or the Department that is performing duties in relation to the public health.

    (b)

    Violation a misdemeanor. A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
