§ 13-11-102. PUBLIC NUISANCE ALARMS PROHIBITED.

(a)
Prohibited. A person may not allow a public nuisance alarm to be maintained on the person's property or in the person's vehicle.
(b)
Penalty. A person who violates this section is subject to a civil penalty of not less than $50 and not exceeding $500 for each offense.
