§ 12-7-102. REVOCATION OF PERMIT.

At the request of the Health Officer, the Director of Permits, Approvals and Inspections or the Director's designee may revoke a wild animal permit issued under this title if in the judgment of the Health Officer the maintaining of the wild animal is detrimental to the public safety, health, or welfare.
