§ 12-6-105. INSPECTIONS.

(a)

In general. The Health Officer may, at any reasonable time, inspect or cause to be inspected any holding facility in the county except a fancier kennel or cattery which is operated in the fancier's home.

(b)

Includes inspection of records. The right of inspection extends to any records of the holding facility or any records contained in the holding facility that are required to be kept by federal, state, or county law.
