§ 12-2-302. SAME - APPLICATION AND ISSUANCE.

(a)

Application. The application for a permit shall require the applicant to state:

(1)

The owner's name, address, and emergency telephone number;

(2)

The handler's name, address, and emergency telephone number; and

(3)

Other means of communication.

(b)

Issuance. A permit shall be issued and a number assigned to each applicant.

(c)

Permit year. The permit shall expire and be renewable on January 1 of each year.

(d)

No fee. There is no fee charged for issuing the permit.
