§ 12-2-102. QUALIFICATIONS.

(a)

Zoning requirements. An application for a license or permit issued under this article is subject to the County Zoning Regulations.

(b)

Requirement to refuse a license. The Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections shall refuse to issue a license or permit if the applicant is or would be in violation of any provision of:

(1)

This article; or

(2)

The Baltimore County Zoning Regulations.
