§ 11-3-216. ENFORCEMENT; REGULATIONS.

(a)

Enforcement. The Director is responsible for enforcement of this subtitle.

(b)

Regulations. Subject to the approval of the County Council, the Director may adopt regulations that the Director considers necessary for the enforcement of this subtitle.
