§ 11-2-106. REFUND OF TAXES TO ELIGIBLE VETERANS AND BLIND INDIVIDUALS.

(1)

The County Council may refund taxes to a taxpayer in accordance with §§ 7-207 and 7-208 of the Tax-Property Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

(2)

A refund may not be made for a year or portion of a year that is more than 3 years before the date of application for the refund.
