§ 10-9-101. "EMPLOYEE" DEFINED.

(a)

(1)

"Employee" defined. In this title "employee" means eligible employees of the county and their dependents and employees of the Board of Library Trustees and their dependents.

(2)

"Employee" includes a retiree.

(b)

Other Boards. If the County Board of Community College Trustees and the County Board of Education elect to join the Health Insurance Fund, "employee" includes eligible employees and retirees of those boards and their dependents.
