§ 10-7-103. WRITTEN AGREEMENTS FOR CERTAIN OTHER ISSUES.

Any expenditure of county bond funds on highway or other public works projects not maintained or operated by or under the jurisdiction of the county are subject to a written agreement by the financing agencies and the agreement shall be approved by the County Council.
