§ 10-4-105. ADMINISTRATION, USE, AND DISPOSITION OF FUNDS.

  • (a)

    Administration. The Association shall administer all grants or other transfers made by the county to the Association according to accepted principles of sound accounting and fiscal management.

    (b)

    Prohibited uses. County volunteer fire, ambulance, and rescue companies may not use capital grant program funds for their operational expenses.

    (c)

    Disposition on dissolution. If the capital grant program is dissolved by the County Council because the volunteer fire, ambulance, and rescue companies go out of existence or the county and the Association determine that the Capital Grant Program is no longer required, the money currently in the possession of the Capital Grant Program and all money due and owing at the time shall revert to the county.
