§ 10-3-111. BORROWING LIMITATIONS.

(a)

Percentage limitation. The aggregate amount of the county bonds and other county evidences of indebtedness outstanding at any one time may not exceed 4% of the assessable basis of the county.

(b)

Exception. The debt limitation of this section does not apply to the types of indebtedness exempted by Section 717 of the Charter.
