§ 10-3-101. BOND ISSUE AUTHORIZATION ORDINANCES.

(a)

Adoption. In accordance with the provisions of Article VII of the County Charter, and in accordance with § 721 of the Charter, the County Council shall adopt bond issue authorization ordinances submitted by the County Executive in each year of a general election in the county.

(b)

Date of adoption. The County Council shall adopt the ordinances on or before the first day of the last month of the fiscal year currently ending.
