§ 10-2-110. FOREIGN CONTRACTS.

Prior to the award of a contract for services under the provisions of this title, and during the entire term of a contract award, the bidder or vendor shall disclose to the county whether any services covered by the bid or contract, including any subcontracted services, will be performed outside the United States. The disclosure shall be made to the Office of Budget and Finance and to the County Council.
