§ 10-1-114. 9-1-1 ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

(a)

Definitions . In this section "additional charge," "commercial mobile radio service (CMRS)," and "9-1-1 accessible service" have the meanings stated in § 1-301 of the Public Safety Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

(b)

Established . In accordance with § 1-311 of the Public Safety Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, there is an additional charge of 75 cents per month to be applied to all current bills rendered for switched local exchange access service, CMRS, or other 9-1-1 accessible service within Baltimore County.
