§ 10-1-101. ANNUAL LISTING OF EXPENSES.

  • (a)

    Exemption. This section does not require the listing of payroll expenses.

    (b)

    Required. The Office of Budget and Finance shall prepare an annual detailed listing of expenses of the county specifying:

    (1)

    Each particular item of expense;

    (2)

    The purpose of the expense; and

    (3)

    For all items in excess of $2,000, the identity of the payee.

    (c)

    Publication and notice. The Office of Budget and Finance shall:

    (1)

    Place copies of the annual listing of expenses in the Office of Budget and Finance and in each branch of the county public library for inspection by the public; and

    (2)

    Publish in a newspaper of general circulation a notice of availability of the annual list for public inspection with a list of the locations where it may be inspected.
