§ 10-15-107. ADMINISTRATION OF PROGRAM.

(a)

Adoption of regulations. The Director of Budget and Finance may adopt regulations in accordance with Article 3, Title 7 of the Code to carry out the provisions of this title.

(b)

Agreement with private entity for administration allowed. The county executive may enter into an agreement with a private entity to administer the program. The agreement is subject to the approval of the county council.
