§ 10-14-106. INVESTMENT WITH RETIREMENT FUNDS.

Other Post-Employment Benefits Trust Fund money identified by the Direct of Budget and Finance as available for investment shall be jointly invested with retirement funds in accordance with § 5-1-247 of the Code.
