§ 10-14-101. "OTHER POST-EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS" DEFINED.

In this title, "other post-employment benefits" means health and life insurance benefits paid to individuals and their beneficiaries who receive retirement benefits under Article 5, Title 1 of the Code.
